DiscoveryTel Ghana  
DiscoveryTel Ghana is a Ghanaian-based subsidiary with 28 employees.  DiscoveryTel Ghana is a full service provider of fixed broadband wireless voice, data, video and data transmission solutions, with an exclusive 3.5 GHz license enabling WIMAX service.  It operates a point to multi-point broadband radio system designed to provide reliable, secure, high-speed wide area connectivity.  DiscoveryTel Ghana is located in Accra and is the African hub we use to assist in the management and technical requirements of our direct routes in Africa. 

Ristel
Ristel was created in the Republic of Guinea in 2005 and is a joint venture between DiscoveryTel Communications and the Education Department of the Republic of Guinea.  Ristel was established to provide international voice termination, Internet and broadband data services to Guinea.  As part of its ongoing relationship, RISTEL provides high-speed broadband connectivity and voice services to the University of Guinea, in Conakry.

Universal Communication
DiscoveryTel acquired Universal Communication in January, 2008.  Universal Communication is the largest provider of high-speed Internet services in Guinea.

LT Mobile
DiscoveryTel completed the acquisition of LT Mobile in December, 2007, which significantly enhances our presence in Nigeria.  LT Mobile holds Universal license and frequencies to operate the CDMA Network in three states in Nigeria.
